Seeking Expressions Of Interest For All Coaching & Leadership Positions
Date of Event : Wed May 16, 2018 8:02PM

In recent years Perth Cricket Club (“PCC”), has embarked upon a culture changing journey tobecome one of the most united clubs in Premier Cricket. This has seen PCC finish in the top 3 of the Club Championships for the last 4 season and constantly having teams across all grades competing in finals and winning several lower grade premierships. However, adopting a relentless pursuit Towards Excellence, PCC is seeking expressions of interest from coaches and players from within the Club and the broader cricket community to fill coaching and playing leadership positons within the Club. PCC is open to hear from individuals on how they may structure and/or approach their position of interest.

PCC intends to add a female team to the Club in 2018 so at a minimum PCC sees at least one additional assistant coach to focus on the female players and work within the coaching structure. In addition PCC is also looking at add a coaching administrative role to assist in coordinating and planning of training and related activities, working under the direction of the Head Coach.

Based on the current structure and the new role for females and in administration the potential PCC coaching structure would look like below. However we welcome interested parties to outline their thoughts on the structure and how they may structure and how they would approach their interested position to advance PCC Towards Excellence.

If you would like to discuss any position further please contact PCC President John Lindsay by submitting your expression of interest via email to Applications Close 1 June.
