Emerging Demons - 2019
Date of Event Perth Cricket Club: Sat Jun 15, 2019 12:21PM

The Coaches of the Emerging Demons and the Perth Cricket Club would like to invite you to participate in the Emerging Demons program for 2019/20. Alan Singer and Jacob Snadden are entering their 8thyear of running this program and are keen to see the development of the next crop of PCC and community cricketers. Alan, a former A grade pace bowler at Perth, Level 3 accredited Cricket Australia Coach and current WACA Manager, and Jacob, current A grade opening batsman, Level 2 accredited Cricket Australia Coach and specialist batting coach, will be looking to share the success of the last seven winter programs that have been developed to work alongside junior pre-season and develop players skills giving each the best opportunity for success.

The program will comprise of skills based learning, game sense and fitness to give you the right tools you need to develop your game as you progress through juniors and seniors. As per the previous seasons, this is not a compulsory program; however the club feels that this will benefit your longevity at the club from a social, successful and personal point of view. Please note: for those players still trialing or not currently in a squad, this program is not a guarantee of selection; it is purely for your own development.

The first session of the program will be a fielding and fitness testing session held at Fletcher Park, Carlisle. This will be to get a gauge of each player’s fitness levels, and how they could improve on their performances. The session will be open to both age groups as we are aware some of you have varying morning/afternoon commitments. Please advise of any injuries, or other sporting commitments you had/have on that same day.
