What is SportzVault?

SportzVault is a powerful, easy to use online application which allows sporting clubs and associations to create and maintain their web site.

What is the difference between ResultsVault and SportzVault?

ResultsVault is an online sporting competition management system. ResultsVault allows input of match results and can calculate a wide variety of statistics, as well as providing tools to manage all aspects of sporting competitions.

Do ResultsVault and SportzVault integrate?

Yes. The same website and logons are used to administer both ResultsVault and SportzVault. Results and statistics from ResultsVault are automatically available within a SportzVault website.

Does my club/association need to subscribe to both ResultsVault and SportzVault?

No. Both can be used independently of the other. Typically an association will subscribe to ResultsVault on behalf of all its clubs, whilst clubs individually subscribe to SportzVault. There is is significant discount on SportzVault pricing for ResultsVault customers - this includes clubs where the association subscribed on their behalf.

Can my club use our own web address (URL) to access our SportzVault website?

Yes. We can also register your domain name for you. If you do not have your own domain name you can use a free SportzVault subdomain.

Do I have to login to use SportzVault?

You do not have to logon to view content that has been uploaded(such as Html pages, Slideshow Galleries, news etc), however to upload/maintain any data you must first login as a valid user for your club/association.

What browsers can I use to access SportzVault?

We recommend the latest releases of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape Navigator, or Mozilla.

Why can't I see the menu? I only see a link to another menu page within the menu.

We use a third party menu control, and some browsers (typically older ones) can't display it. However the vendor of the menu is consistently adding to the list of supported browsers.

Can other clubs see or change our club's information?

Anyone can view your content by searching for your club, then customising SportzVault. However only authorised Users who can log in can change information.

Can our association change our club's information?

No.

Why can I only customise SportzVault for certain clubs/associations?

You can only customise for clubs/associations that participate in SportzVault.

I can't find a ResultsVault report under the ResultsVault menu.

Most reports are listed, however in some cases you'll need to go to the ResultsVault site itself, by clicking on the ResultsVault menu item.

Can I download the information we have added to SportzVault?

Can I change the look and feel of our SportzVault site?

Yes, the colour scheme, and the menu items of all sites can be changed. Depending on the type of account you have, you can also change the information in the header. There are also many preference settings that control other aspects of the way your site looks and behaves. Depending on the type of account you have, you can supply your own design in order to completly 're-skin' your site.
